Born and raised in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. A large working class city with the biggest port of Europe. Most historic buildings were destroyed during the Second World War. Therefore the city consists mainly of modern and striking architecture. That's why this city attracts a lot of photographers from all over the world.

I started at the design school but after doing some work at a design company I found my way into photography. Nowadays I study photography on the art academy. My specialties are documentary and street photography.

Enjoying the city life, travel as much as possible, meet new people and try to find the places where the normal inhabitants of a city never come and show these as rough as they are. As a photographer I want to give people the same feeling as I have, when I am in places like this.
